Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Cassandra AML is committed to making its AML/CTF compliance workspace usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Australian Government's Digital Service Standard and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

1. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with landmark regions, a "skip to main content" link and a logical heading structure.
  • Keyboard operability for interactive controls, including dialogs that trap and restore focus.
  • Visible focus indicators and status messages announced through ARIA live regions.
  • Colour choices designed to meet AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content down to small mobile viewports.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe, WCAG 2.2 AA rules) run against public and authenticated pages as part of our browser test gate.

2. Known limitations

Automated testing catches only part of the WCAG success criteria. We have not yet completed an independent, manual screen-reader and keyboard audit across every workflow, and some newer screens may contain barriers we have not identified. We treat any reported barrier as a priority defect.

3. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information provided in a different format, email support@cassandraresearch.com with the page and a short description. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to agree a remedy or workaround with you.

4. Assessment approach

This statement reflects a self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 AA. It is not a formal conformance certification; an independent accessibility evaluation remains outstanding and will be reflected here when complete.
